Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Tracey, and I've been sharing the gift of yoga for over 20 years as a teacher, educator, and passionate advocate for wellness.
My Journey
With a BFA in Art Education and more than two decades of teaching experience, I bring both creativity and deep knowledge to every class and session. I have the privilege of teaching yoga in the dance department at UW-Milwaukee, where I witness daily how movement can transform not just bodies, but entire perspectives on what's possible. I also teach at Riverwest Yogashala, a community-run non-profit studio in Milwaukee's vibrant Riverwest neighborhood.
